Centrally located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, Tessy has been a premier molder of custom injection molded plastic components since 1997 in Lynchburg, Virginia.  A division of Tessy Plastics Corporation, this plant operates 24/7 in a privately-owned 60,000 square-foot air-conditioned facility and houses 40 molding machines run with 200 employees.  Serving the industry leaders in the medical, automotive, aerospace, military and consumer products markets, Tessy excels in bringing the most challenging and innovative part designs from concept to reality.

Using the team approach, Tessy Engineers work directly with the customer's Product Design Team to optimize part designs and simplify product assembly.  Early involvement saves money, avoids mistakes and ensures that programs get launched on time.

Innovation is a key element of Tessy's services.  We integrate such processes as laser engraving, scratch free hard coating for optical lenses, in-mold decaling, vertical insert molding and much more.
