Greetings from all of us here at Tessy Plastics in Lynchburg, Virginia.  Tessy has recognized the need to make some adjustments in the way we connect with our customers.  The fundamental philosophy of Tessy has always been to set ourselves apart through customer service, Quality, on time delivery and cost is exceptionally competitive.  To further this effort Tessy has made the commitment to put more technical expertise in the field.  We see our customers needing and wanting input on part design, design for manufacture, design for automation and opportunity for cost down much sooner in the project life.  In some cases the need for this type of feedback starts during the initial meetings.  We have decided to make one of our senior engineers, and most knowledgeable tooling designers, the first point of contact with our customers and prospective customers.  Kevin Kessinger, your Engineering contact has over 15 years of mold design experience ranging from high cavitation stack molds to single cavity mud units.  He has designed high speed automation equipment and has a scientific molding background.  We encourage our customers to visit with Kevin.  Show him what you’re doing, or what you want to do.  We understand that our success is based wholly on our customer’s prosperity.  Please let us know if there is anything Tessy can do to help you get where you need to be.
